About a year ago a beloved one passed away. From time to time my mind drifts to recall the memories. It's still sad he isn't here with us anymore but that's life.

A year ago, I dedicated a photograph to him and wrote a rather simple poem, I like to share them again with you.

The Passing


EmbracedAlmost everyday, for four years he came to us
To help, for a chat and for a few newspapers
Little I knew what would happen the very next day
When I said to him; "See you tomorrow again"
Why did it had to be him? A man with a good heart
No longer we will hear the sound of his moped
No longer we will see the big smile on his face
But we did embrace him in our hearts forever
